We charge an £89.00 call-out fee to hopefully fix there and then, or diagnose what the problem is through performing various inspection and test procedures, 'our promise to you is that we will do our very best to fix the issue there and then', so there would be no further charges if we can, we see this as our main goal as word of mouth means everything to us, around 7 out of 10 cases faults are rectified with the combination of our engineers experience and knowledge.
